What area do you service?
We are based in Santa Clarita and Palmdale and offer free deliveries to both areas. We service all around LA and surrounding areas with a delivery fee.
Can you service our event even if we are far.
Yes! We can go anywhere as long as it will not conflict our delivery schedule. We highly suggest for areas thats a bit far from us to reserve early so we can work our other scheduled events around.
What is your policy for rescheduling and cancelling?
Deposits are non-refundable however we understand that some unforeseen situations may happen to anyone. If so, a client have 1 year to use the deposit for a reschedule either for the same set or different set. This however will be subject to the availability of the set and our schedule. We suggest to reach out to us soon about the details to discuss putting your event back in our calendar.
Can we book something if we are on a budget?
Of course. We try to be as budget friendly as we can but if our packages don't work for your budget let us know and maybe we could customize a set according to your budget.
What is the best place for your set ups?
We can set up anywhere indoors or outdoors( grass, dirt, cement, turf). We don't set up on rocks and areas with sharp edges.
Our sets are best put on a flat surface. It is also best if the area is shaded as direct sunlight can sometimes be too hot on our little munchkins feet.
What if our party will end late than your pick up time?
We have seen a lot of different types of parties. Our times is based on traditional kids party time but we have seen a lot of events ending late.
If your event will end after 7PM we recommend to avail of our overnight fee. Believe us when we say you're kids and guests will appreciate it. Also, we always feel sad to be the party pooper :)
What time is the set up?
For local to us (Palmdale, Lancaster, Littlerock) we can set up at Friday Afternoon between 5-8PM or Saturday morning starting at 7AM.
For areas with delivery fee we set up on the day of event.
Set up time will vary on many factors like number of event start time and locations. We will ensure that we have enough time before your event time to set up and clean our equipment. We usually set up the earliest that we can.
If you have a preferred time of set up like in parks and event spaces just let us know in advance so we can work our schedule.
Do you set up on public parks?
Yes we do. Every public parks have different rules though. You will need to contact the park if we can set up especially if you wish to rent a bounce house. You will need to ask if there is an outlet that we could plug the bounce house. If not, client may provide a generator.
